Grapes of Wrath. I read this one when I was about 17. It was my first Steinbeck and it totally got me hooked. The story has changed me forever and so I believe it’s a must read for anyone who needs to learn a thing or two about appreciating the things they have.
Of Mice and Men. Sad. I don’t actually remember it very well but I am not very interested in reading it again.
East Of Eden. LOVE IT. I totally guzzled this book down and will read it again some day.
The Pearl. Very good lesson.
I have ‘The Long Valley’, I must have picked it up at a garage sale a few years ago but I have another book to finish before I can start it.
This is such a great goal, Steinbeck books are so worthwhile compared to so many other books out there that everybody suggests to me…
