I had to get blood tests done, so I asked ahead of time if I could find out my blood type. I was told no unless a doctor specifically ordered it for medical reasons (upcoming surgery, etc). So I still don’t know my blood type.

I went to the blood drive on campus, and I received my card in the mail, but it doesn’t have my blood type on it…just my name! I asked at the doctor’s office if I could find out my blood type from the blood tests I had done in January, and found that they don’t type your blood when they test it.
I’m out of ideas. D:
I couldn’t go to the blood drive this time, but hopefully next time if I weigh enough.
I have wanted to know my blood type for a very long time, and while I was home for winter break I asked my mom. She is type A and my dad is type O, but she doesn’t know what I am. I’ve never given blood before, but I’m old enough to now so I think I will.
