Bought a lovley sketch book and was nervous as hell to start…and I am so pleased! I did two drawing today and it brought me so much pleasure.

I used to draw all the time with no attachment as to the result. Now it is irritating to be so out of practice, so judgemental of what happens. It is very difficult to start this up again! harder than I thought when I added it to the list. Perhaps the best thing is to get a really ugly sketchbook, so I don’t see what I put inside as too..”precious”...just some work, some practice, some amusement.
