My marriage needs work! 20 months ago

I fell in love with him for his strength and willpower; his “I’m just me” attitude. Now, it is those same traits that make it difficult to improve our marriage. We don’t inspire each other, and so we don’t grow. On the flip side, I’m consumed with work and we rarely get time together, but when we do I’m not free-spirited and fun. I’m tired and bitter. I’m reading books and looking for other suggestions.
