where are you Doctors everywhere all over the world from the edge of the map to the other edge , hope that some one understand what is my problem and he could have the solution for it

seems that there is alot of Doctors , Students .
i wanna ask you A Question , for beeing agood doctor, i face really big promblem since i started studing clinical medicine . all symptoms , signs are very similar in all diseases , which make the studing very tiring to me , and make diagnosis hopeless in the future .
i have another problem , i easily forget what i read since few days , weeks , and i never remmember what i read since couple of months . hopless huh ?
i guess this is acase of Amnesia which may progress to Alzyheimar , my God someone help me please
