suggestion: make it easy to add goal after search 5 years ago

When i search with the top box to see if the goal already exists and get some matches, but not what I’m looking for, it should be easy for me to add a goal. Right now it seems I need to go back to my list or some other screen to find the ui for it.

bug: numbering not displaying first digit when over 9 5 years ago

I haven’t checked anyone else’s list, but after number 9, I get only the second digit showing up. So it goes: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0,1,2…

usability: hard to find "write an entry about this" 5 years ago

Maybe it’s just me, but I find it really hard to add more entries for a given goal. I go to the goal page, and can’t find it. Also it seems that it might be better if this had a button to call out that it is an action that is more than navigation (like the other actions of “i’m done”, “add a goal”, etc)

suggestion: encourage re-use of goals 5 years ago

For me I’d liek when I’m adding a new goal for it to first let me see goals that might be what I’m looking for rather than creating a new one—reduces clutter, gives me an instant community with potential links to people who have done it, etc. I’d liek to see the “add goal” user expereince to be extended to suggest other goals that might be the same as the one I type in and allow me to use one of them. Yeah, I can search for it and then look and then decide to add it, but that’s more work, and I forget that the search box is up there at the top when I’m typing in my goal (in both the add goal box and the I want to box above the list of what the world wants to do).

Additionally, indicating that one of my goals on my list is close to some other goals and maybe I shoudl consider merging it would be nice. I feel like with my goals iwth only me participating that I shoudl go thru and search for these to see if someone else has a more populated community that I should look at.

search: 2 text strings drops match for user name 5 years ago

type into search both the first and last name of a user and the person drops out of the results set. Note putting int their first or last name only into search yeilds the person as a result.
