The "Oh-So Precious" License... 16 months ago

I know how to drive ..I learned it when i was 16 yrs old but never took to the roads…wen i turned 18 only then did mom allow me to take the car.. :D
So now I’m an EXCELLENT driver..but without a license..!!
Only to legalize my driving skills…i want a Driving License!
