2 days left in the year and I am a few more pounds closer to my goal. I am only 6 pounds away. I started taking Hoodia and this drink is working like a charm. I may not reach my goal of 150 lbs by 01/01/09 but I am certainly close. I believe I’ve dropped almost 20 lbs since I started this goal.

I am stuck between 159 to 160. Seems like once your body drops 10 Lbs., it wants to stay at a certain weight to stabilize. I am still on track to drop down to 150 by 12/30/2008. I can do this, I know it.
I’ve gone from 175 to 159 in about 2 months on the low carb diet. I was also sick last week and the illness helped me shed another 3-4 difficult pounds. Now that I am recovered, my weight is climbing up again, fairly quickly. My goal is to reach 150 by the end of the year. I am only 9 pounds away but these are going to be the most difficult 9 pounds. I don’t want to have to do lipo, it will cost $6000 and I can’t afford that right now.
I weighed in myself this morning and I’m at 162.8, which is the first time I’ve ever been less than 163 lbs since my son was born 2 years ago. I am so happy. Another week, another pound toward my goal of 150!
I checked my weight and I was at 164.5 lb., about 1 lb heavier than last friday. I will keep my low carb diet and exercise this week, I know I can get down to 163 by Friday without starving myself.
I weighed myself yesterday and I lost another pound. I am now between 163.7 (morning) and 165 (night). I am about 14.5 pounds from my goal. If I can keep up this trend, I will reach my ideal weight of 150 pounds by year’s end.
I’ve lost 5 pounds and have maintained this level for 1 week. I need to lose another 10 pounds to be in the “healthy” zone for my age. 10 pounds seems like some distant planet at this point. I am not starving myself, because if I do that my weight ALWAYS bounces back and then some. I am on a low carb diet, which seems to be working, atleast for the first 5 pounds. Please give me some words to encourage me. This battle is not easy!
I started exercising about a month ago, swimming mostly by joining a gym. I have lost 5 pounds and need to lose another 5-15 pounds. I want to keep the pounds off permanently. I hope I can be motivated by this website to achieve my goal.
