I do feel fitter... 2 years ago

....and I know I am fitter because I can run for 30 seconds a time when I was lucky to manage 10 seconds 6 weeks ago.
As well as that I walked up a hill (behind me house) that normally leaves me completely out of breath and light headed but when I walked up it, it only left me slightly breathless so I am seeing a big improvement in my fitness.
I know I still have a long way to go but it is nice to see some changes in my fitness levels and I know if I lose weight I’d be able to get fitter quicker because carrying around all my extra weight is hindering how much I can do.

feel a little fitter with the work outs I have been doing for the past month. I have a very long way to go but each step I am taking is getting me a step closer to this goal. It will be a lot of hard work but it will be worth it in the end.

as soon as I am well I will be walking the dog every day and some days my walks will be longer than others and this will help kick start my become fitter goal.
I need to be fit for fencing next April – 10 times fitter than what I am now.

everyday should help me start to get fitter. On the days that I have a little more time I will go further in my walk and with some luck by the end of the month I will be jogging instead of walking and I am sure that will do me the world of good and get me fitter!!



Been out for a few walks 3 years ago

not as much as I should but I am sure if I carry on this way I will get a little fitter.
I wanted to be fitter than I am now but the weather has been rubbish but right now it is ok so with some luck it will stay nice and I will get out more even if it is for 10 mins a day with the dog.

I walked to town and back today and the walk back up the hill was tough on me so I need to get out more.
I am hoping to get out for ten minutes (minimum) per day if the weather is fine. Today (27th) I didn’t get out because I woke up very tired and with a headache and then it rained all afternoon and I was engrossed in my study so didn’t get any time to go out but I think it would be good for the revision to get some fresh air so I am hoping that tomorrow the weather is ok and I can get out with lucky.

and it doesn’t rain I shall go on a 20-30 minute walk with Lucky.
It is a start and more than I have done for the longest time!!

atm so I need to get my act together and get out with my dog. I do have a lot on but I need breaks now and then and instead of coming on here I should get out there with my dog as it is better for me and the weather isn’t too bad atm either so I don’t have any excuse right now!!

been ill a few times and not getting out that much and my fitness levels are going down.
I need to get my act together and get out and about more instead of all the sitting round I do as it isn’t good for me and it lowers my fitness levels when all I want to do is become fitter so from this week onwards I am going to start doing more and getting out more and building my fitness levels up!!
