I was really shocked when I weighed myself today because I found out I’d lost 5lbs in the space of a week.
I wanted to lose around 2lbs but I was starting to think I may not of lost any so when I found out I’d lost 5lbs I was jumping for joy. I really can’t believe it and I’m wondering how I did it because I’ve not been too much more active than normal even though I keep planning on doing so.
It’s amazing and has given me the boost I need with this.

I lost 1lb this week. It is getting tougher now and I must admit I am losing my motivation a little but I am trying to get back on track with this. Really my goal was to lose 1-2lbs per week so I’m still within that target with a 1lb loss this week but I am hoping to lose at least 2lbs a week at the moment while there is more weight to come off.

Over the course of those 8 days I managed to lose 2lbs. I am shocked I lost any in that time because I felt like I ate a little more than previous weeks.
I like the fact that I’ve done this weightloss goal, so far, without doing any exercise. It does make me wonder how much I could of lost if I’d maybe gone for a walk once a day and worked out three times a week too. I do want to go out for walks etc but it’s been snowing a lot and been too cold. I’m hoping that in the next few weeks the weather improves and I can then start walking daily and working out. I think it will help me.

Over the course of the week I managed to lose 3lbs which I am very happy about. I didn’t think I’d lose anything so it was nice to find out I had done.

Over the couse of the week I managed to lose 3lbs.
I’m happy with the weigh loss although I would of loved to of lost another 4lbs this week but saying that my weekly target is only 1-2lbs per week so I’m above that which is great.

Over the course of the week I managed to lose 4lbs.
I’m aiming to lose 1-2lbs per week for the first 2-3 months so I will see how that goes.
I managed to lose the 4lbs without doing any specific exercise or walking like planned but that was mainly down to bad weather and being busy. So maybe if I’d managed some exercise I may of lost more weight.

I have put a total of 22lbs on in the past 12 months so starting on Jan 5th I am starting on losing weight. My first goal is to lose the 22lbs that I have put on and once that’s done I will work on other weight loss goals. I will keep this goal of 20lbs but I am going for 22lbs in total for this one, I just didn’t see the point in changing it to 22lbs as I’ve had this goal of 20lbs for sure a long time now.
Now is really the time to get my act together and lose weight. I’m not happy with my size and it’s taken the shock of knowing I’ve put 22lbs on in 12 months and not liking the image in the mirror to get me to this stage where I want to, more than ever, lose weight. I need to start somewhere so it’s 22lbs as my first goal and once I’ve lost that it will help me with motivation I’m sure.
I know I won’t lose weight every week but I am aiming for 1-2lbs per week for the first 22lbs. I won’t be put off if I have a week here and there where I don’t lose any because it’s impossible to always lose weight. I have just a week and a day to go until I start this goal and I will keep updates on here around once a week.

I lost 5lbs. I don’t know how I did that other than cutting out some rubbish food and drinks I’d been drinking for the pervious three weeks. I’d actually put on 5lbs when I was ill because of the rubbish food and drink I was having and I stopped it for a week and lost 5lbs which was good. That 5lbs can’t come off this 20lbs because I’d put that 5lbs on after I started this goal.
Any weight lost from now on can count towards this 20lbs.

...I will be starting a new diet which I went on last summer and lost 14lbs on before giving in. I have signed up for 12 weeks and your meant to lose 14lbs every 6 weeks on it so by the end of it I should of (hopefully) lost 28lbs just in time for my trip to London. I’d love to go to London 28lbs lighter than what I am now so I sm going to work hard at sticking to it.
There is 3 times coming up when I know it will be hard to stick to it but I plan on working out extra hard on those days to help cancel out some calories but we will come to that bridge when I cross it.

Today is the first day of this goal and my starting weight is:
%% 03lbs.
I’ve put in the %% because I’m not willing to reveal how many stone I way but I don’t mind putting the lbs bit on after the stone.
I am going to try and do as much exercise as possible from walking to walk/running and hopefully at least one bike ride this week.
I have a lot of work and coursework to do so that will probably effect how much I can do as will the weather.
