I’ve not been motivating myself to keep up with this. I will be fine for 1-2 weeks and then I will lose my motivation normally because of laziness so I really need to try and motivate myself.
Most of the things I want to do are outside type things like walking and running so it’s up to the weather most of the time but I have decided that even if it’s raining I can still go out even if it’s only for 20 minutes because I have a nice big umbrella which should keep me dry!!

Well today was such a nice day, for once, so I had a walk. I was meant to be doing a 5K but I changed my mind but still went to watch my dad run and as I was stood there I was wishing I’d done it so now I know next time to do it.
I ended up just having a little walk around the park, that the race was on, for about 20-30 minutes and I really enjoyed it.

Today I woke up quite achey but determined to work out as this is my last day of being able to use this home gym.
I did 85-90 minutes in total and really struggled with the second part of the workout but I am glad I’ve done it.

I went on:

The running machine
The exercise bike
The weights
The Step

I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and about 35 minutes of that was on full tilt but not quite as fast as yesterday although it was still moving pretty fast. I ran a couple of times for a minute too but I really didn’t have the energy to do much more than that.

I spent around 25 minutes on the exercise bike and the rest of the time was split between the weights and the step.

I ended my session on thr weights and was so worn out by the end of it that I didn’t have enough energy to get off the weight bench so I had to roll off it.

Today I went and did 95 minutes at the home gym I have access to until Friday. I pushed myself a lot harder than I normally do but I didn’t push myself too hard.
I did lots of things and I’m only sure of one amount of time on one thing but the rest of the things I did, I don’t have a clue how long I spent on them.

I went on:

The running machine
The exercise bike
The mini stepper
The step
The weights

I did 40 minutes in total on the running machine. I ran for maybe 5×1 minute and the rest of the time I had the machine on a very fast walk so I was almost running but not quite. I also had the machine fully elatated so it was like I was walking up a hill the whole time. It was tough especially towards the end where I had to slow the speed down.

Today, tomorrow and Friday I can workout at my dad’s ex bosses home gym so I am going to take advantage of it.
Today I worked out for 90 minutes in total but I don’t know what I did on each item of equiptment because the clock doesn’t work in there anymore.

I went on:

The exercise bike
The running machine
The rowing machine
The mini stepper
The Step
The weights

I did the most on the running machine. I found that I was running faster that I do when I go out running round the park so I pushed myself a little more than normal but I don’t know if I ran as much as I do when I’m out running because I was running faster. I did find it hard to carry on walking to recover after each run but I some how managed it.
I did the second most on the bike, I really went for it on the bike and quite enjoyed it.

I am probably going to ache later on but I will still go again tomorrow and on Friday because I might as well make the most of it while I can.

...three days I’ve not felt very fell so I’ve missed out but I am hoping to get started tomorrow.

I only did 15 minutes today to fit in with my daily plan of at least 15 minutes daily for the next month.
I was really busy today and very tired from yesterdays workout so I really only had the time to do the 15 minutes which I spent doing squats and lunges.

Today I ended up doing an hour in total and didn’t even realise I’d done an hour until I looked at the clock.

I ended up doing an hour of my favorite workout DVD which is a combination of dance and aerobics. It is mainly aerobics though and it isn’t easy and I don’t even do the most difficult section at the moment but I am hoping to eventually move onto it.
I didn’t stop at all during the first section but near the end of the second one I had to stop around 3 times for about 10-20 seconds each time.
By the end of the 3 sections I did I was worn out.

Today I did 15 minutes in total in compliance with my goal of working out everyday.
I did 10 minutes of a dance DVD which I really enjoyed doing and then I did 5 minutes of lunges and squats with some sit ups also.

Today I just did 15 minutes of exercise as part of my work out everyday goal.

I did 10 minutes of stomach exercises which included sit-ups and reverse curls.
I did 5 minutes of squats and lunges.
