Yoga

I’m thinking about starting some kind of Yoga routine to supplement my martial arts training and increase my flexibility. As far as opinions do any of you 43things’ers have anything for me on Yoga.

It would be nice to get it at a class setting but I probably dont have the time to drive to a place so I may look into getting some videos or something of the sort.

For a guy who is 6’4” 250 lbs. I am pretty darn close. Have about 7 inches left to go down before I got it.
