Small house. Big garage.

So I’ve got a good sized garage in the backyard, along with 80 or so feet of driveway, and an old car I drive maybe twice a week.
My house is about 1000 square feet so I could really use the extra space. I want to convert it to a studio to use as a rec room at first, but maybe add plumbing later to turn it into a guest house.
The car needs shelter in winter, but a car port would suffice.
