as a goal has served me well, on those days when I felt a complete failure, I’d start listing only positive things, and hey presto before I knew it I’d feel great about myself.
I think I need to evolve this goal so I’m going to mark this as done, and create a new goal- Take a daily inventory of myself. This will be a list of positive and things I’d like to improve on, and I’ll give myself a score- 10 is totally positive -10 is totally negative!! 0 is pretty much balanced!

i updated my morning routine
I met a lady to talk about fostering
I met a potential business client
I ate only food nutritious for MY body
i attended a business networking meeting
i gave a business coaching session
i cooked lunch
i fell asleep in my bf’s arms :-)

got up at 8.30am
organised my bedroom a little- old photo’s and filed a lot of old payslips and found an old p45 I may need soon!
I changed the bedsheets, including the mattress protector
I contacted a client
I cleaned the kitchen and made lunch
i talked with bf and made progress in our relationship and understanding of each other
I had a call with my accountability partner – and got clarity around a difficult decision I needed to make, and Idecided a new way to choose my action plan
I prioritised eating, walking the dogs and exercising every day
I watched the movie “Ghandi” – very interesting, he’s very funny!
picked R up from the train station, on time!
read about 20 pages of my book
read through christopher Howards Breakthrough to Success Manual
read through Clinton Swaine’s Play to Win Manual
did a full personal review for someone which was a great opportunity to give positive feedback
responded to email re fellow students
relaxed
answered emails
responded to client

Got up @ 8.30am
attended breakfast meeting
volunteered for Secretary on chamber committee
called in to collect magazines & invitations
met a client
met a business contact
met with other business contact to give them magazines
ate lovely lunch made by my beautiful bf :-)
Really helped someone making a decision re their relationship through coaching
Made several cold calls for the chamber of commerce and felt good about it
Made a really good business contact in the process of the cold calling made bank lodgements
Booked meeting room
followed up on my action points
made some progress on following up invoices
bought nice CHEAP dinner & cooked it :-)
made a TO DO list for tomorrow

Got up @ 6.30 am
showered & massaged myself
Did full yoga routine
And full pcals exercise routine
did 1 hour of mediation
wrote in my journal
had breakfast
walked the dogs
followed up and responded to emails
hung up some washing
cooked a gorgeous vegetable curry w all the veg already in the fridge (no extra cost for 2 meals – lunch & dinner)
Drafted a difficult letter to business associate
had a bath and massaged myself – did general pampering of body
Went to bed shortly after 11pm

went to my friends for dinner (arrived on time :-)
prepared for finding the place I was going to training at weds- found the map

reduced my business email inbox from 158 to 58!!- Answered overdue emails
rewrote a line in the chamber magazine which didn’t look right
had another cigarette free day & a day free of foods I’m allergic too :D
cleaned the bathroom
dusted the bedroom
read a chapter of the Dynamic Laws of Prosperity by Catherine Ponder
exercised with my friend (even though I didn’t feel like doing it!)
had a bath with essential oils
organised my clothes in my bedroom folded them and put them away
changed the bedclothes
listened to skyrocket your sales cd
Listened to how to attract money into your life meditation/hypnosis cd as I was going to sleep
was asleep about 11.30pm

watched the irish apprentice on tv & an interesting interview with Micky Rourke
was asleep by 11.30pm

got a phone call from a friend who was celebrating
went to networking- made good contacts
passed on some news about a mutual friend who is in hospital
listened to my friends mum, who is dealing with looking after her grandson while my friend is in hospital with her partner, in intensive care unit- prayers welcome for Canice
went to visit my friend who was celebrating so she didn’t need to do it on her own
listened to my meditation cd

I got up shortly after waking
I had a really beautiful walk on the beach with my dogs, and sat on some rocks for a while watching cormorants drying their wings and seals popping their noses up for air.
I cooked a healthy nutritious meal
I read another chapter of the Dynamic Laws of prosperity
I listed all of the bills I currently need to pay
I contacted someone who’d left a voice mail re buying my jeep!
I updated the advert online for selling my jeep
I updated and sent a spreadsheet re coaching hours done
I filed some stuff
I rang my friend
I text my bf lots and lots :-)
I ran a bath (which I’m going to get into very soon!)
I cleaned my kitchen
I emptied the compost bin
I swept downstairs
I fed the dogs
I put things away
I put a wash on
I watched some tv
I kept on thinking that a solution will be arriving soon,
be still and know that I am god
I made a decision to start “tithing”
I sent some emails to friends
I did some moderation on the redbubble group I moderate
I took my vitamins and thanked god that I have them to take :-)

I slept late and recuperated
i got dressed and looked highly respectable for lunch
I discussed potential opportunities for making money over lunch
I arranged a coffee meeting with a member of chamber of commerce- got to know him a little better, and what I can do better as a member of the executive committee in terms of encouraging business development in my town
I started finding info that I need to do online EQi assessments for clients who want to understand their emotional intelligence
I sent an email asking for further information
I listened to a recording talking about how millionaires think about money, and asked myself how can I take better responsibility for making more money in my life
- I identified that I was waiting for money to come to me rather than going out and bringing it in
I actively participated in study group this evening- supporting others and offering my own opinions.
I received support from my friend who gave me feedback that I was doing extremely well, especially compared to how I was 2-3 years ago.
I fed the dogs
I wrote this.
