in saturday I had a craving for chocolate.... 7 months ago

it was the first time in months, and it was because I hadn’t been eating properly all week because I was feeling ill with that damned virus! So i didn’t want to make the effort to cook :(

Lesson: I need to continue only eating those foods my body can digest, AND cook & EAT regular healthy meals for myself, thinking I’ll get by is FALSE logic and creates unbalance and cravings in my body.

Thankfully I didn’t give into the cravings and when I went to visit my friend she cooked healthy yummy food for me :) Yayyyy!!!



I've set up an account on Spark People to record my nutrition 10 months ago

and there’s a team of 43ters on there too! :-)

the tool it has records most of the vital stats of nutrition, including most vitamins etc so I’m keeping a daily record of everything i eat :-)



I set the goal eat healthily 10 months ago

because I’ve identified food allergies/intolerances that I think are making me sick, however, although I haven’t totally maintained the diet eliminating all of these things all of the time I’ve still been getting sick and feeling TIRED, so TIRED!!

I got blood tests taken by my doctor which came back normal…
tomorrow I’m going to see the doctor and I’m going to express my concern with my health and insist that further tests are done.

There is something physically wrong with my body and I want to find out what it is.



I've been eating very healthily for a few weeks now.... 12 months ago

although the itching is still with me, so I’m not sure if I’ve eaten something I’m allergic too without realising it, or if my body is still detoxing mmmm….

Today I ate breakfast :-)

Soy yoghurt mixed with my own muesli, which includes pumkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, barley flakes,sultana’s, dessicated coconut, and physillium husks! i also mixed it with freshly cut and ripe conference pear.
Yummy!

The last while has not been good for me for food, I’m getting back out of the cycle of addiction that eating foods I’m allergic to sucks me into. I’m making a committment to get back to healthy eating.
The last few days my energy and moods have both been diabolical!
I’ve got big spots on my face and head, I’ve scratched my skin so much from the itching I’ve broken the skin in places, I’m unfocused and depressed and not motivated to do the things that I need to do.

All of these things will improve when I eliminate cow’s milk, chicken eggs and yeast from my diet, again :-)

I don’t wanna eat healthy!!!! I wanna eat a hug big GIANT bar of chocolate, 5 bags of crisps, 3 donoughts, all washed down with fanta tropical liquid sugar and chemicals so there!!!!!!

(be warned- I promised myself I’d be honest when sharing about my goals, and I’m keeping that promise!)

Last night I ate a whole box of ferrero roche, actually that’s not true, there was one left which I ate for breakfast this morning, and I ate a mcdonalds cheeseburger happy meal too (YUK!!!!!!!!!!!)



Back on track with healthy eating again.. 14 months ago

I had a week or so where I went off the rails, now I’m back into eating healthy, delicious and nutritious food again :-)
and my honey bunny will be back home in a few weeks time so he’ll help me because we cook together, I love cooking and eating dinner with him!



My food has been brilliant !! 15 months ago

I am very proud of myself the change I have achieved in my eating patterns, it is becoming more and more natural to me to eat only those foods that are nutritious to my body :D
