..not that that’s really suprising, I don’t know many people who don’t want to complete this goal!
So I’m not technically overweight, when you look at BMI scores – I’m just less than 25 at the moment – but I have put on some weight since starting uni. I’d really like to do this in a healthy way, without getting funny about food at all like I have been in the past – just less snacking is the way to go I guess! (I’m a sucker for chocolate!)
So I’m hoping I’ll be able to put this as done by the end of the year. xxx
