My ultimate dream

The restaraunt, bar and bakery are running themselves and have paid off all the costs of their creation. The salary and in-kind payment I recieve (ie. the apartment above them and company car) take care of all the living expenses. I have the freedom to write, work in the greenhouse, or establish another branch of the business. Perhaps I’ve even opened up a bookshop that caters to my ecclectic tastes, especially the sci-fi and horror genres and a strong dose of non-fiction. No romance novels allowed.
