Emotional health is crucial

I’m starting today – making better decisions about what I want out of life. I have such great excuses for not taking care of myself – “I don’t have the time”, “I don’t feel like it right now”, or “my husband won’t like it if I…”. It’s time to stop caring what he thinks and start saving my emotional health and take care of myself. That’s the best way to take care of the rest of my life.
