Attempt to grow herb garden

I’ve wanted to do this for a very long time, so now that it’s on the list it might actually get done! I can plant it, but I can’t promise it will live, as I seem to have a bit of a black thumb… I forget to water things. That’s why I don’t have many plants, only one right now that’s probably dying as we speak because I didn’t water it this week.
I have in my yard already huge sage and rosemary bushes, but I want to do cuttings and try to root them inside. We want to put in a garden windown in our kitchen when we remodel it, but that’s a few years down the road. It will probably wait until then, but it’s something I definitely want to try.
