Now that I’ve become a vegetarian, it’s been harder to get all the protein I need. No one else in my family is a vegetarian, so I have to cook my own supper.. I usually just microwave up some pizza or fake chik’n nuggets, but that can’t be too healthy. I’m going to check out a vegetarian cookbook and cook a healthy meal for supper everyday.

I eat nothing but junk for meals, but I want to start eating better. I want to become a vegetarian, but I don’t like veggies, so I’m going to start eating more of them until I do. I’m afraid if I go vegetarian and I don’t eat well enough I’m gonna get really sick or something. So, spinach, here I come!
