Also have a goal to lose weight. I think these two go hand in hand. As I lose weight my posture should improve. Not so much weight pulling it down, improved self-esteem. Also, just started doing some ab work and stretches so that should help. Obviously, I am trying to be conscious of how I am standing / sitting. A lot of it is just changing a long-time habit. I can do it! This will also help with my goal to feel beautiful. Funny how so many goals are interconnected.
