Why do I take so long to get around to doing something? I got the sewing machine out and made a dinosaur!

You may notice it’s inside out, but the legs were too tight to pull the right way so I just finished it off like that!!

Hmm.

James introduced me to a girl he’s known for ages, and it turns out we’ve got lots in common. She came over for tea the other night and kindly showed me how to set up my machine.

I’m going to have a go this week. I’ve got lots of scrap material for crafting that I’m going to use to practice on.

It just seems a shame not to use such a useful machine. And when I get better at it, I’ll have a go at making some clothes! (One step at a time though… I don’t want to run before I can walk!)
