Im 5’9, and I use to weight 149. When I looked at my self I felt horrible about it and knew that I needed to get in shape. I used to be a soccer player but then the season enden and I didnt know what to do with my self. So I started playing tennis. But it was only one a week for an hour. So thinking that was enought exersize to eat the same way I was.
Ones I found out that this summer I was was goning to see some old friends. I knew that I had to start doing it the right way.(I was fat as a kid, so you have to understand how I want to make a good empression)
I run 2 miles every day, some times everyother day if
I feel like I need to rest. I do yoga, witch makes you feel GREAT. I tottaly recommened it,it also tones your stomach. And I stated to eat South beach diet packs. Evan thought Im not on the south beach diet, its low cal. and REALLY fluffing.
YES there where days when I did NOT want to run, but YOU HAVE TO JUST GET UP AND DO IT! Cuse its worth it. :)
