Slowly, but surely...

I returned back to the gym yesterday only to realize just how out of shape I really am. I was doing so good with exercising and making healthier choices in general before the stress of the wedding started to wear on me, physically and emotionally. Now that I don’t have that stress, I want to get back on track with this goal.
