I cook fairly often for family and friends. I do a pretty good job, people seem to enjoy it, but I feel that I get stuck in ruts. I’d like to start using recipe books more often… do something I didn’t just evolve and experiment. Honestly, that’s the key to better cooking, but, I seem to always opt for the tried and true.
