On the one hand this seems too generalized. I think I’m already on the way to taking better care of myself physically. I’m eating better, I’m definitely cooking dinner more often, and most of the time it’s very green and vegetably. I quit drinking soda, or pared it down to once or twice a month. I think my teeth are something of a lost cause due to poor genetics, unfortunately, but I tend to them anyway. I go for a walk almost everyday. I have wood floors so I haven’t done yoga since I moved, but once there is a yoga mat at my disposal, well, I’m going to try really hard, I promise. Mentally I am doing so much better than I was 3 years ago. There is a stability in my life and in my routine. I’m living with my boyfriend of 2 1/2 years, away from the destructive and hectic life I had at home, we’re financially capable of keeping ourselves fed and housed, I have space, I’m not cluttered. So, as generalized as this goal is, I think I can find a place where I feel like I’m taking the best care of myself I’m capable of, and that’s when I’ll have this goal accomplished. I think it might be when I do yoga. Or get the house unpacked. When I finish every other goal on my list, maybe?
