As soon as I give up on my “move to Baltimore” goal, this happens. I don’t even know if I want to go now, but I have the opportunity. I’m certainly going to think about it.

The ocean stretches itself upon the shore to taste a child’s sandcastle. The wise child realizes that this is only a chance to build again, and the ocean smiles in satisfaction knowing that with every castle it devours, it has made a child dream more.

I’m going to do everything I feel I must do. I don’t care who thinks I’m crazy. I don’t care if it seems like there is no possible chance of success. I am going to be happy doing what I want to do with my life. No more teaching in southern Illinois for me.
