I don’t know why I have the mindset of not learning to meditate because it seems difficult, and it seems like it’s not doing anything, therefore I’m not being productive when I could be doing something else.
I’ve been feeling very scattered lately, with so much on my mind, and so many things to do. And now, I think, this would be a great time to learn how to meditate. I need to relax and calm down. I don’t have to feel scattered, and feel the need to get something done every second of the day.
Since I’m at work now, I can’t do this, but I’m saving this link for when I get home tonight. It seems like a great start.

These meditations are very short, and I feel they would be a great way to introduce myself to meditation, without feeling like I could be doing something better. Meditation is more important than I think it is, and I hope to learn that truly as I get involved in actually learning it and doing it.
Now I wonder if I should do this before my 30 minute exercise, or after..
