Alrighty then, I just had a baby so my weightloss goal has been pretty skewed for the last 10 months. Anyway, I think I’m just going to scrap what I had previously since I’ve had so many changes and I’ll start from where I’m at. Starting today, we’re going for lose 25 pounds. This will take a little adjusting because my baby is colicky and I have to leave out some very specific healthy weight loss food because Charlie can’t digest it from my breastmilk. So I’m going to have to get creative. Wish me luck. I think I’ve got a pretty healthy week planned out. I need to get more exercise in there though, being pregnant wiped me out and I have to build back up gradually.
It’s been how long now??? I haven’t lost anymore weight but I am maintaining. That means….I’m still at lose 25 pounds from where I’m at. Wishful thinking at this point, but wishes do come true :)
I sprained my ankle I haven’t been able to do too much on the exercise part. I’ve kinda been bad on the food part lately too, but I think my body is happy where I last left it because it wavers between about 5 pounds. Anyway, I’m getting back to my healthy eating, and I need to regroup myself to work on portion control again. I’ve been sneaking the sugary goodness of grape flavored cokes from Sonic (yes they are really good!) but I think I’m out of that phase. I think I accidentally got myself hooked on caffeine and sugar again, which isn’t too big of a deal. I’ll just carry around my migraine meds to ward off my withdrawal headaches, and I’ll put my will power in high speed to keep me from eating too much sugar. As long as I let myself eat a little sugar I’ll be fine. I don’t want to deprive myself completely, because then I’ll just binge on it later.
In other news…somehow I can fit into a size 12 again!! Yay me!! That was a shocker at Kohl’s the other day.
so I”ve gained a few pounds back. Old habits really are hard to break. So today I’m going to do some exercises. I decided I will do one workout video, situps and some jumpingjacks (I don’t know why, but they sound like fun). I will also pay attention to what I’m eating and drink lots of fluids. That’s my goal for today. wish me luck!!!
and this 25 is the second half. The first half was lost by diet alone…yes, diet does make a huge difference! Now that it’s starting to warm up and I have more time on my hands, I’m gonna start doing more activity! Wish me luck!
