week 1

Two long walks, one bout of playing frisbee!



Baby steps...

First time this week for a while. I’ve decided not to rejoin the gym. I don’t really enjoy it, would much rather be out walking or cycling.

Anyway, tonight it was dry (although cold and dark), and I walked down to mum and dad’s. Mum even got a lift up so she could walk with me. I feel much better for it.
