learn a foreign language

I left this one open because there are a few Id like to learn and the main WANT is to learn at least one fluently and then move on from there. I also want to know one so I can speak it around my son and help him learn multiple languages at an early age, something I wish I had the opportunity to do.
Right now Im thinking simple but..french, italian, or spanish. I took a year of Italian but the professor was so easy I got away with not doing much (I know bad decision) but maybe some of will come back to me. And everyone knows some spanish right? I mean its spoken so much everyone you pick things up with out even realizing it and lately Ive been having an odd urge to go to Paris so thats where the french comes in…anyway, not yet, but soon!
