Started in June 07 and was doing well for a while then money got short and had to stop for 5 months now and as soon as I can get back to it.
The routines were first designed by a friend who is into body building however the gym i go is a boxing gym and they have different regiments that i like.
My problem now is that i have lost discipline of my diet, money is a factor but really is so easy to blame it on bving poor
