Just got back from the gym.
I was only there for 1 – 1.5 hours.
This time I added some weights to my routine!

I just got back from a two hour workout session at the gym.
I first warmed on the bike machine.
Then I went on an elliptical machine [my favorite!] for 45 minutes!
After that I walked a couple laps around the track & then I worked on stretching & my abs.
After that I did a few more laps & then 20ish more minutes on the bike.
Well, I’m off to the gym now.
I’ll probably be there for twoish hours.
Now, if I could only do this more often.
Here is me hoping for the best!!
so far today i have done a lot of excercise! i burned 740 calories so far! & i have also 3 lbs since my last weign in. well good luck to you all!
