I’ve been better about this. Not quite listening to books and NPR once a week but I have caught some really interesting programs (one of which lead to a new book I want to read) and I did finish the first half of a Stephen Fry book. I need to organize the cds in my car to make it easier.

At best, I’m commuting a minimum of 15 hours every two weeks. That’s over 16 days a year in total hours. It’s boring and repetitive and feels like a giant waste of time. So I’m going to make it a habit to spend at least one commute every week listening to audio books, NPR, lectures, and the like. Hopefully, I can even pick up a language learning disc. That way it won’t feel like such a massive drain on my time and hopefully I won’t dread having to drive as much as I do right now.
