Go on a road trip

driving to florida in october….

its sort of a roadtrip.
we’re going for a huuuuge party my company is throwing in miami…my coworker and i decided to roadtrip it down insted of flying…should be an adventure

Oh man, I can’t wait….it’s going to be amazing.
It’s sooooo close, but I’m being impatient. I adore my friend that I’m going with, and I’m really not worried about us getting on each others nerves.
The only thing I’m worried about is the whole money issue…
I’m paying for college, so I really need to work. And I have a job that pays well for the summer, but I’m already taking off 3 weeks for my trip to Peru. And then another 2 weeks or so for the road trip….I’m a little concerned.
But I’ll be working through the school year, so I should be ok. I just need to make my rent during the summer as well!
It’ll so be worth it though.

A friend and I have made some pretty final plans.
It’s going to be absolutely the best thing ever.

The basic plan?
From DC, through Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, maybe Mexico…up to California, through Vancouver, and maybe a few other places.

No pre-determined stops, and we’re trying to avoid the whole cheesy tourist thing.

i would love to go on a road trip with a friend or two after i graduate. how cliche…but i really want to do it. no definite plans, just a general direction….i live for spontaneous decisions.
