i’ve been running 3-5 miles 4 times a week. plus, teaching dance is a workout in itself, and working as a bartender keeps me on my feet for hours at a time. on top of that, my new job is a 15 min walk from my house, so most days i walk there and back. it’s a small thing, but it helps.
i’d say i’m doing pretty well.
I’m still running pretty regularly, but I want to expand out into other activites. I just don’t know if it’s worth it for me to join a gym- it’s a little expensive for me. And I’m happy with just running, it would just be nice to be able to use machines and maybe talk to a trainer about expanding my workouts.
And I’m teaching a dance class right now, so that gives me a little more exercise.
