I’ve found that once I’ve started the habit of exercising every morning, it’s been much easier to work my way up and expand my current routine. At first it was just 5 minutes before class, with push-ups and sit-ups, and now I’m introducing new exercises. Eventually I want to incorporate running and the gym into my routine.
