9+8+6+5+10 = 38
In addition to doing the push-ups M-W-F, I’ve started riding a stationary bike a little bit on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

In addition to doing the push-ups M-W-F, I’ve started riding a stationary bike a little bit on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I let too much time lapse, and have to go back to Week 1, Day 1.
7+7+5+4+7 = 30
Hopefully without major disruptions in my schedule I can keep going to 100.
I haven’t done anything with this goal for two or three weeks.
Next week I think I’m going to have to start over again.
Week 2 was great. Week 3, not so much.
Monday I overtaxed myself, working in the medium column when I should have been in the easy column. Then I missed day two on Wednesday – doctor’s appointment.
Today (Thursday) I could only manage 28 push-ups: 16+9+2
I’ll try some more Friday, but I may end up doing Week 3 over again next week.
I’m up to week 3, day 1, and I just about died when I saw the first level for today was 20 pushups.
I just about didn’t finish the first 20, but I made it!
The second set was supposed to be 15, but I could only manage 10.
I’m going to give myself 2 minutes between sets instead of 1.
Only got 9 out.
I’m looking at the sheet again, and I see that each week you pick the appropriate column, based on your latest results.
Since I did 20 pushups, I should be in column 1, not column 2.
Well, I’m calling that good for today:
20+10+9+5=44
10+10+8+8+13, at 120-second intervals.
Again, breathing with each pushup really helps.
That must have been what was holding me back all those years!
11+9+7+7+10, at 90 second intervals.
I just discovered it helps to breathe when you’re doing pushups. Your face doesn’t get as red.
9+8+6+4+10
I guess they dial you down a bit at the start of the week, compared to where you ended the previous week.
I feel less shaky than I did after Friday’s session.
10+8+8+5+10, with 2-minute intervals.
Feeling a bit shaky afterward, especially the left arm.
9+8+6+5+11
This was easier than I thought it would be.
We’ll see how sore I am tomorrow.
