create my own website

I have been on-line with two websites for some years now. I have either not spent enough time designing it or pay too little attention it. One site is in need of a serious update and the other needs a shop. The latter for what it is worth is http://www.lookman.co.uk

The whole process of constructing my website is held up, until I can get my approved book covers from my publishers. Only then can I get my illustrations made for my site. It must seem very strange that an author who must have his characters pictured in his mind when writing, but its not until an illustrator completes a cover can the process go forward.

The material for www.lookman.co.uk is growing by the day.

This I have done, but i would like to do it properly for my new website and make it attractive to children to seel my books. I am working on it I do not know if it will ever be another Blair Witch project.
