there are so many times that i’d love to have the ability to take a nap … im just not any good at it i think.
my biggest problem is getting my brain to shut down, let go, and let me just go away from the world for a few minutes/hours. lately, i’ve had about 3-4hs of sleep each night due to the same reasons. if anyone has any advice, i’d gladly take it.
i think i’m going to try my friend katy’s suggest:
“honestly, really deep breaths. then i try to focus on black,
seeing black, thinking of nothing, pay a lot of attention to thinking about nothing. then i’m out”
