okay i now officially HATE long weekends.

i really dont know what happened to me….i just ate and ate im soo embarrassed/repulsed.

it was more than overeating it was like a full on binge.

then i felt so disgusting and tried to be sick. i know that was stupid but i felt sooo disgusting. but i couldnt get rid of it and now i feel even worse. i dont know what is making me feel worse – the fact i ate soo much or the fact i couldnt get rid of it.

so now im stuck with all this fatness and its disgusting. im scared to open my mouth in case i cant stop eatinng again. im too scared to even weigh myelf again because im scared how much weight ive put on in jst 2 days!

i really dont know what to do.

im down to 117lbs!! im soo chuffed lol this was my target for the weekend but im gonna try and be 116lbs now cuz its only thursday!

i dont notice any difference to what i was and what i am now but i put on my size 10 jeans last night which were skintight before and i had to changee my jeans as they were falling off me!
i was so proud lol

i think i have the hang of this now!

im 118 still but i have only eaten bout 400 cals today which is good =]

breakfast – apple
tea- poached egg on wholemeal toast

2 cups of tea

and im just away to do my step machine and some arm exercises.

i think im finally past my bingeing i just keep drinking tea or brush my teeth when i feel one coming lol

today has been goood im back down to 118lbs =]

breakfast – apple and peppermint tea
tea – 2 weetabix and muller yoghurt.

so i did okay calorie wise but i burnt off some more aas i did 100 cals on my step machine and then did some general exercises like push ups/dips/sit ups etc.

i want to be 116/117 before saturday as i have my 17th birthday party and am wearing a strapless dress so i dont want my fat arms bursting out of it.

why do i feel so fat when im the lightest that ive been in years? =[

today i have eaten an apple and raisins for breakfast and then 4 hobnobs and cup of tea before i went to work.

so iv been pretty good today =]

uughhhh 19 months ago

yesterday was pretty rubbish i ended up eating over 1200 cals and put on a pound! so now im bck up to 119lbs. grrr but hey il lose it again. i have my birthday party on saturday so i want to lose at least 2 pounds for that cuz im wering a dress and feel very self concoius about my arms. does anyone know how to slim your arms down?

i really dont understand this….im the lightest i have been in years but why do i feel like the fattest. i feel huge all al the time and its really weird.

today has been a goood day. iv lost a pound so am now 8st 6lbs! :D:D

and i have only eaten a handful of raisins and a stir-fry today so thats been good! im soo chuffed ive been doing really well this past week. and hopefuly i wont ruin it this time

woow i havent posted on here in weeks lol.

well im finally down to 8st 7 pounds or 119lbs. that means ive reached my first target =]

and im only 7lbs away from my final target of 8stone!

the past few days have been really good! ive been really proud of myself for actually managing to not eat rubbish.

today – breakfast – apple
supper – 2 vegetable spring rolls and brocolli

iv also had 2 cups of tea.

i went to the gym aswell and managed to burn 350 cals so i think iv done pretty well today. just hope i can keep it going

back on track! 20 months ago

im back down to 122 pounds! am so chuffed i finally got over my bad bingey week last week! well yesterday was pretty good, i had 3slices of pineapple for breakfast before my holiday maths revision class =[ its the hols and im still at school! ha and then i was in town and resisted ALL the fast food places – including subway!- and came home and had chili for tea. and at night me and some ofmy mates went to the cinema to see 27 dresses and i only had a diet coke! i even said no to ben and jerrys! i was so impressed haha.

so im hoping to continue that into today.its 11am and i havent eaten anything yet but im going to have some fruit for lunch and i havent decided what im having for tea yet, cuz im working til half 8.

oh! and i stil have an easter egg which i havent opened yet! haha

welll after putting on 2 pounds in 5 days i decided to eat really good today. it started quite well but then i gave in and had a creme egg before work but overall it was ok.

breakfast -green tea

lunch- potato soup

snacks – creme egg and 2 cups of tea

i just want to get rid of this belly soo badly its really bugging me. i feel awful and fat even though im the thinnest ive been in like 2 years. i dont understand it
