I have decided to start running at least twice a week. This will increase my fitness. I bought some proper running shoes last week, as before I didn’t realise to do this, and ended up with very sore knees so had to stop, lol well I live and learn ;o)
Last time I got up to 8 miles. Although this was my third run having never run before. I think I was taking this a bit quick, this is probably another reason I ended up with sore knees.
Anyone have any sensible tips for building up to a marathon? Or any running tips?
