Learn as many languages as possible

Right now I am actually learning both Spanish and Portuguese and I find learning Portuguese is definitely easier than it would be if I did not have good knowledge of Spanish. I am using Pimsleur in order to work with speaking right away, which I feel I also should have done with Spanish. I also spend more time though, looking up how to spell the words and write sentences as Pimsleur is almost completely audio. I am also going through the “Everything Learning Brazilian Portuguese” book which covers some things that Pimsleur has not (yet.. I’m still only on Lesson 28) It’s fun. And useful. I was watching UFC yesterday and a Brazilian fighter spoke after his fight, and although I have not learned that much Portuguese so far, I could understand the words that he said that I have learned.

when can I mark this off as complete XD I think blueyed615’s idea was good with picking a number. I would like to be fluent in at least Spanish and French. And then I’ll see from there what I want to do. I know I will want to know at least a bit of Portuguese, maybe enough to have small conversations (because my brother’s wife is from Brazil), as well as Italian and maybe German. And it would be cool to learn some Chinese just because it’s the most spoken language in the world. XD Well, that could take a long long time but can be done.
