Stopped for a while but started again 1.5 months ago and now I do it more regularly! I bench press, I use dumbbells for bicep curls, hammer curls, concentration curls, overhead tricep extensions (I think that’s what it’s called :S) and I work my shoulders too. It feels gooood.



starting, lol 16 months ago

I’ve been doing this for a couple of weeks. I feel it’s a bit easier now actually, working on my biceps & triceps, than it was the first time a couple weeks ago. I actually have worked on my arms, shoulders, back, legs, and abs during this time and the first time I felt the workout kicked my ass and I was trying to regulate my breathing at the end of it. And now it’s not so bad! I just need to keep it up and I won’t feel like I did the first time.
