I have fallen back into old habits and have not been exercising regularly and been eating a bit unhealthy as well.
Time to make amends. The new goal is to loose 8-10 kilos by December. I am moving back to London soon and will start exercising regularly and start eating healthy.

I have already shed a couple of kilos thanks to the Capoeira lessons I have been taking. It is tons of fun (much better than going to the gym). It has been really difficult, physically speaking… but I am getting better every day. I need to build up on stamina and loose some more weight to really do some of the acrobatics.
Anyone has some tips on stamina building food and exercises?

Well, I am about weigh about 8 kilos over. So, this year I resolved to make a change (in lifestyle, general outlook, almost everything). I have been going to the gym regularly and have also started taking Capoeira lessons. I feel much better already. I have also started watching what I eat. I have increased my vegetables intake and have cut down significantly on meat and chesses.
I just hope I can keep this up. My goal is to get fit by summer.
