I worry sometimes that people won’t be able to read my handwriting, especially when I’ve written in a hurry in exams for example. Most people write in a ‘print’ style where the letters aren’t really joined up, whereas I still write in the proper ol’ joined-up way, hardly taking my pen off the paper.
One strange thing is that I dot my i’s straight away, but I cross my t’s only after finishing a word. The dot for the i ends up attached to the i if I’m writing too fast because the pen doesn’t leave the paper properly.
When writing complicated words I stall sometimes too, for example ‘mississippi’ :)
I must admit I also have a bit of a fascination for other people’s handwriting. Women usually have such neat handwriting… [sigh]
Now you all think I’m strange! There must be a like-minded person out there! Maybe!
