Its 2008 I can say that I’m at the best I’ve been in my life my blood sugar is at avg:90-120 My A1C is 4.6. I walk everyday for 60-70mins for 5-6 miles all around seattle wa.

I started in 1998 I weighted 467- 485 than I got these symptoms of increased thirst I was putting down 2 gal of kool-aid a day and still had this thirst, than frequent urination, and increased hunger I was eating food for 6 people and wanting more. Than I found out that I had Diabetes type 2, boy was I doing real bad I could not move or do any exercise. I had frequent checkups (my A1c at the time was 8.4) to evaluate treatment and to monitor for complications. So my Diabetes health professional tried to get me to exercise by showing me what will happen to me if I did not do something. She had all the Symptoms and what can happen to type 2 Diabetes in class. And said I was going to breathe my last breath if I did not do something about it now. Well let’s just say I got the message but it still took me 2 years to get it right. As of today I am 359 pounds my blood sugar is 116 for 30 days+. I walk 2.3 miles 5 -6 times a week. As of today my A1C are (5.6) so I must keep on trying to keep it here, now that I have done it. This is my work now. It takes all my power just to do this everyday. I eat modest meals and drink lots water all the time. I stop drinking soda (real hard) I eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, whole-grain bread and crackers, and bran cereal, beans, fish, or chicken more often than fatty red meats. I eat red meat 1-2 times a week. You see I will only lose up to 3-4 pounds a month now. I know that is not what the normal people say that I need to lose a lot of weight real fast. Well I did this before I lose 163 pounds and put it right back on +45. I said that I was going to do it my way and I have not seen 400 pounds for 4 years and I am going down slow but DOWN.
