did another 2 miles on hilly course today
should have went for 4 but had to hurry back home
2 more days till cross country practice begins
hoping i’ve done enough this summer to keep up

2 1/2 miles on a hilly course today
felt really good
would have done more if it wasn’t for the heat
been slacking lately on my running
one week left till cross country practice
hopefully i’ll be fine

until my ankle started acting up

definatly need to work on the hills
i’m running it again tomorrow
hope to do more than 2 miles this time

felt horrible
i now have 15 days to get into oustanding shape
i have to be running 50 miles a week
so i don’t fall behind the cross country team

ran 3.5 miles today
besides the heat it was fairly easy
i’m definatly getting closer to my goal
just need to start wearing a watch and timing each time i run now

well did more speedwork on the track yesterday
wrapped my ankle and it didn’t really bother me
got in a good 2 miles than did 3 800’s and 8 100’s
i rather enjoyed the 100’s
suppose to run 8 miles today but wasn’t really feeling well so i’ll make that up later this week
going for 40 miles this week

ran 6 miles today in 56 minutes
i’m not too sure how good that is
i’ve only done 5k races and under
i had a lot of ankle problems today after the first 3 miles
it’s like a really sharp pain when i’m running and than after i run all around my ankle is really tight ..anyone know what could be wrong?

ran on the track last night
5 800 meters
4 400 meters and
4 200 meters
started to miss track season :(
but my legs are definatly sore from it
but i defintaly feel i benefited from it
hopefully my 3 mile time has gone down atleast some by now

ran 3 miles today and i felt like my time went down a lot i really pushed it and once i finished it felt great
got an 8 mile run planned for tomorrow hopefully
