So I went to GSA this week for the first time (If someone doesnt know, GSA= Gay Straight Alliance.) It is pretty much a time for people to get together, and you don’t really even need to be gay or bi. It’s for anyone who wants to stop against discrimination in their community. But anyways, its a club at my school. I am gay, I am a guy, but the only reason I went was because my friend Bre came out to me the day before and asked me to do. I did it for her, But you know what? I’m hooked on it already, I found so many people to lean on that I know i can trust.
We did a game where we all write down secrets on a sticky note, put it in a paper bag, and they read them off. No one knew which was from who or anything. Mine was,
“I am afraid I’ll loose my best friend when she finds out.”
I didn’t say anything when they read it like some people did.
Everyone was like, “aww” and, “that’s so sad.”
Still no body knows it was me. My “best friend” is my mom, even though we have a horrible relationship, shes pretty much my everything.
She’s pushed me away once, and I’m so afraid of it happening again. I don’t think I’ll be around anymore if she rejects me.
Well;
“I want to make a difference that will last.”
Meaning I want to do something like the girls did that started the club, because it helps so many people, and even more people each and every week.
