I’m tryign but things aren’t exactly going according to plan. I was drinking a lot of water but that kinda cooled down. I figured the more water i drink the less crappy food (cookies, pudding, etc.) I will eat at first it worked but then not so well. I really wanna loose weight before i go back to school and that’s approachign soon. I only have till the end of august. Then there is my stupid foot injury that is preventingme from doing certain thigns but i think im gonna ignore it and try to do more exercise. Wow does anyone ever write in this group. Any sugestions that you guys have would be uch appreciated.

Okies so I picked this group because I seriously need to loose some wieght…
these are my stats:
Current weigt: 196…i think i have to check on that
Height: 5’1”
Goal Wieght: 110-115…anywhere in betwee there would be nice
I am jus starting his whoel wieght loss thign…but every timeI start I always have such bad contorl..I’ll see a cooie and eat it and then be like well i’ll start loosing wieght tomorrow….its a neve endign cycle of tomorrows. I realized that I can’t wait for tomorrow to come because if I keep saying tomorrow, then tomorrow will never coem and i’ll never loose the weight. I wanna loose atleast 30 pounds before I go back to school in late august begining of September. Any tips that you guys wanna share to help me reach my goal.
